| PETRONAS Management Training Centre (PERMATA) is one of the two training institutions operated by PETRONAS Management Training Sdn Bhd, the management and technical training subsidiary of PETRONAS. Established in 1992, PERMATA with its 50-acre campus in Bangi, Selangor is equipped with comprehensive and state-of-the-art training facilities and resources.
The programmes that are offered by the training centre reflect PETRONAS’ commitment to capability building. It offers a wide range of learning programmes to build the skills and knowledge for employees of all levels and disciplines within the PETRONAS Group as well as from other companies. It also aims to ensure that employees are equipped with a solid foundation in management and leadership skills, the highly essential capabilities that are required to drive organisational growth.
