Local contractors and suppliers who wish to do business with PETRONAS and other PSCs are first required to register with its Licensing and Registration Section.

Before applying any application, you are required to read the General Guidelines first and fully-understand PETRONAS licensing/registration regulations and procedures. The lists of PETRONAS Standardized Work & Equipment Categories (SWEC) and application forms are downloadable below.

Upgrade of Online System eLaRIS to eLARIS.net Starting 1 November 2008, new, renewal and extension of scopes application must be submitted through eLARIS.net system. To proceed to eLARIS.net, please log on to https://elaris.petronas.com.my eLARIS.net User Name and Password a. For company that already licensed/registered with PETRONAS before 1 November 2008: i.Please use ID and password that has been given through company's e-mail. ii.Please contact PETRONAS at 03-23312135/3040 or e-mail at lrs_enquiries@petronas.com.my for inquiries regarding username and password. b.For company that are licensed/registered with PETRONAS after 1 November 2008: i.Please register at eLARIS.net to acquire username and password. ii.Please check the e-mail. If successfully registered, username and password will be sent through company's e-mail. c.For new company that wish to be licensed/registered with PETRONAS: i.Please register at eLARIS.net to acquire username and password. ii.Please check the e-mail. If successfully registered, username and password will be sent through company's e-mail. d.For company that have license/registration already expired more than 2 years: i.Company must apply for new license/registration. ii.Please register at eLARIS.net to acquire username and password. iii.Please check the e-mail. If successfully registered, username and password will be sent through company's e-mail.
