PETRONAS CONTINUES TO PROMOTE UNITY AND LOVE FOR THE NATION

 
‘To Malaysia with Love’ campaign celebrates National & Malaysia Day 
by showcasing the best of Malaysia’​

KUALA LUMPUR, 26 August 2016 – PETRONAS today launched its latest National and Malaysia Day campaign titled ‘To Malaysia with Love’. 

The 35-day multi-platform nationwide campaign comprises, among others, a television commercial and six short videos that provide continuity in PETRONAS’ efforts to promote unity and social cohesion among Malaysians.

PETRONAS’ Senior General Manager of Group Strategic Communications Zahariah Abd Rahman said: “We hope the ‘To Malaysia with Love’ campaign serves as a continuous reminder of what makes all of us Malaysians special. 

“Through this campaign, we continue to present inspiring stories that impart the values we commonly share and cherish, values that hold us together as a nation of uniquely diverse but united people, and values that make us truly Malaysians.”  

At the launch, PETRONAS previewed this year’s National and Malaysia Day television commercial titled ‘Take Care’. The two-minute commercial promotes the spirit of family unity, kindness and togetherness -- essentially the values that contribute towards a harmonious and cohesive society. 

The six short videos of inspiring Malaysians were also presented, showcasing PETRONAS’ commitment in the areas of education, talent and capability development, energy security as well as environment conservation. 

The videos have been shown on major channels since 15 August, while the television commercial will air from today until 18 September, 2016.
