| The PETRONAS Kertih Refinery is our first oil refinery in Malaysia, owned and operated by our wholly-owned subsidiary PETRONAS Penapisan (Terengganu) Sdn Bhd.
Located in the state of Terengganu, the refinery processes 49,000 barrels of Malaysian light, sweet crude oil per day.
The refinery has undergone expansion to include a Condensate Splitter Unit (KR-2A) with a rated capacity of 74,300 barrels per day of naphtha condensates. The heavy naphtha produced in KR-2A is used as feedstock in the aromatics plant located adjacent to the refinery. |
